You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. Provider accounts are subject to identity and background verification before activation.
3. Bookings and payments
Prices are shown before confirmation. Payment is processed securely. Late cancellations and no-shows may incur fees according to the cancellation policy displayed at booking time.
4. Conduct
All users must respect each other, the client’s home, and the agreed service scope. Harassment, discrimination, and abuse are strictly prohibited.
5. Changes and termination
